Advancing Integration of General Health in Behavioral Health Settings: A Continuum-based Framework
This report was developed to enable behavioral health clinics (mental health and substance use) to plan and implement integration to improve patient outcomes. We use the term “general health” to encompass the types of care usually provided by primary care or general medical practitioners and have designed this framework as a roadmap for clinics with a diverse range of resources.
